We learn best when we  make mistakes and then learn from them.  The learning pit is a visual repersentation of this.  We start out with the best intentions but often quickly find ourselves in the pit - stuck and unsure where or what to do next. Our choices are clear at this point. We either do nothing and stay in the pit, or we use our resilience skills, effort and knowledge to slowly, but surely climb out to success.  The learning pit allows us the time to think and reflect on a problem,  building secure strategies for the future.
